Our Story

Born from a passion for perfect beer

Big-Top Brewery started with a simple belief: that exceptional beer should be accessible to everyone in Sarasota. What began as a weekend hobby in a garage has grown into a community gathering place where craft meets comfort.

We source locally whenever possible, work with regional hop farmers, and never compromise on quality. Every batch is brewed in small quantities, ensuring the attention to detail that makes each beer distinctive.
